- Question:
What if an office asks me to work additional days?
Answer: Offices we send you to are under STRICT contract to do ALL scheduling through us (for any candidates referred to them by us). You are also under STRICT contract to do ALL scheduling through us (for any offices we send you to). If an office ask you back for additional days, DO NOT accept! Tell them to contact Dental Temps and request for you.

What if an office offers me a permanent position?
Answer: Offices we send you to may hire you on a permanent basis. You MUST contact Dental Temps and notify us that a permanent offer has been made. Please review your contract or call Dental Temps.
- Question:
Can I share job details and information with my friends and colleagues?
Answer: Absolutely Not. As part of the confidential information portion of your contract, sharing any information regarding job details that you have learned of through Dental Temps is strictly forbidden. Please review your contract or call Dental Temps.
- Question:
What if there is an office that I don't want to work in?
Answer: You always have the choice of what offices you will work in. If you like, you can even give us a list of offices you prefer to avoid! We tell you as much as we can about each job, and you have the option of accepting or rejecting any job.
- Question:
What if I am scheduled with Dental Temps but then I accept a permanent position elsewhere.
Answer: We expect you to stick to your commitments. However, you may contact us and request a replacement. Generally we will be able to find someone else to cover your assignment. But if for some reason, we are not able to locate a replacement, we expect you to continue with your assignment until completion. Your future employer should respect your commitment. If they don't, do you really want to work for them?

Do I need experience in the dental field to work as a temp?
Answer: RDH's, RDA's, and DDS's need to have an active California license. New Grad's from these programs are welcome. DA's and Front Office staff need to have a minimum of 6 month's experience. DA's also must have an x-ray license.
