What Is My Commitment?

Dental Temps is committed to successfully matching each employee with the right dental office. We strive to connect you, the employee, with an office that has the same values and priorities as you do. When you register with Dental Temps, you have responsibilities, too. Here we list a code of behavior that will help ensure a successful working relationship.

One of the most important aspects in business is communication. When Dental Temps has referred you to a dental office, you have a responsibility to communicate with us regarding that office. If you need to cancel a scheduled work day, you must call us (not the dental office) 48 hours beforehand. This will allow us to find a replacement for you, and avoid miscommunication or panic from the dental office.

It is also your responsibility to inform us if a dental office asks you to return for another day. Remember, all scheduling is to be done through Dental Temps. This eliminates double booking and scheduling errors. It also will avoid a breakdown of our scheduling system.

In addition to communication, professionalism is a valued quality. You are responsible for showing up to work in proper OSHA standard attire. Your first day at an office is not the time to show your personal statement of appearance. A good attitude is also very important.  If you have a problem at work, bring it to the person in charge in a non-defensive manner. If a problem persists, call Dental Temps, and we will try to handle the problem on your behalf. We expect you to treat our clients with respect, as we also count on their respect for you.

Follow this code of behavior, and we can form a relationship that will be beneficial to us both. With a positive business relationship, Dental Temps can refer you to dental offices with confidence. We make every effort to ensure that you will have a pleasant work experience. We promote you as a quality employee and valuable asset. Your communication and professionalism will help us to help you!
